Winning? Charlie Sheen Hopes to Sell Westlake Village Home

With the beginning of summer comes beach trips, sun tans, outdoor events and warm nights. What else has this summer brought so far? Lots of celebrities selling their homes! Whether they’re moving out or moving up, the month of June has seen many celebrities – from pro athletes, to silver screen stars, to fashion designers – listing their homes for sale.

The next one on the list is America’s favorite bad boy. He’s funny, he’s “winning,” he’s Charlie Sheen! And he is hoping to sell his Westlake Village home. Westlake Village, a picturesque planned community, is located on the Western side of Los Angeles, straddling the Ventura county line. It has hiking trails, horse trails, lots of space, and is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown L.A.

Charlie Sheen, known as “The Warlock,” and best known for his role as the foul-mouthed uncle on CBS’s “Two and a Half Men,” has long been a fixture in the Hollywood party scene. His compensation for his former role on “Two and a Half Men” set a record high for a TV actor, as he was paid $1.8 million dollars an episode. Now, Sheen is trying to pick up an additional $1.69 million dollars with the sale of his 3,883-square-foot home, complete with a stunning outdoor patio, infinity pool, spa and breathtaking mountain views.
