All Three Margaritas together

A margarita is a Cinco de Mayo staple. Typically made with tequila, triple sec, lime juice and a healthy dose of salt, the classic margarita is a drink that just screams warm weather! Whether it’s on the rocks or extra slushy, everyone loves margaritas! For your Cinco de Mayo fiesta, experiment with these three twists on the classic margarita: Orange Grapefruit Margarita, Raspberry Lemonade Margarita and Agave Nectar Margarita:

To whip up these yummy variations, start with a base made from the traditional margarita recipe:

Now it’s time to shake things up!

As with all cocktails, try different amounts of each added ingredient to find the flavor profile you prefer! For your Cinco de Mayo fiesta, consider having a margarita bar with different flavors of margaritas served in pitchers so your guests can try a variety!

Helpful Tip: To salt a margarita glass, pour a mound of salt onto a flat place. Wet the rim of a margarita glass and dip the rim in the salt.
