He has now listed the five-bedroom, five-bathrom, 3,605 square foot home for over $2,000,000. Want exact numbers? Kimmel is selling the house for $2,299,000, which equals a profit of over $1,300,000! This host is not only funny, but apparently a savvy real estate man as well!
