Matt Damon is Selling His Miami Beach Home

Matt Damon is known for his parts in Good Will Hunting (1997), Saving Private Ryan (1998), the Bourne series, The Departed (2006), and more, but what many might not know is that he co-wrote Good Will Hunting with his long time friend Ben Affleck. Damon has received nominations for the Academy Award, Golden Globe Award, Satellite Award and the Screen Actors Guild Award for his impressive performance in Good Will Hunting. In addition to starring in many films, Damon also finds time to be actively involved with charities such as ONE Campaign, Water.org, and H2O Africa Foundation. This actor, screenwriter, producer, and philanthropist, is impressive and so is his Miami Beach home that he and his wife recently put on the market for $19 million, a recent $1 million price drop from the original $20 million asking price!

This private retreat, built in 1935, is in the center of Miami Beach right on the water frontage, perfect for one of Hollywood’s greatest. The eight-bedroom home is breathtaking and so are the views of the Biscayne Bay. Damon was living large in a home with a theater room, wine cellar, gourmet kitchen, 6 bathrooms, in addition to a beautiful two-bedroom and two-bathroom guest house which overlooks the bay. This home also has a pool house with its own full summer kitchen; perfect for entertaining.
